 BethOffice Manager and New Patient Coordinator Hello, it's nice to meet you! I am the office manager and new patient coordinator at our Frankfort office. I love getting to meet all of our new patients and seeing how the doctors interact with each patient to make their treatment a positive experience. I have worked in the orthodontic field since 1988, and loved every minute of it, especially seeing how the technology has advanced over the years. I am originally from Tinley Park, and have lived in Orland Hills since 1999. My husband Tony and I have two beautiful children, Austin and Madison. When I am away from the practice, I enjoy watching my children participate in all of their various activities, and of course, shopping! |
 Carrie Head Assistant, Inventory Control Hi, I'm Carrie. I have worked at Petty Bielik, and Burke since 2005, and to this day I still enjoy being a part of this wonderful team. My favorite thing about working in orthodontics is interacting with our patients, playing games with them, sharing stories, and most of all smiling! The doctors have a wonderful sense of humor that helps make our practice a fun place to be. I am a native of Park Forest and I currently live in Kankakee. My husband Henry and I have two children, Parker and Jake. In my free time I enjoy camping, decorating, fishing, and playing bags. You won't catch me traveling too often, or at least traveling by plane, because I definitely don't like flying! |
| Catherine Clinical Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant  My name is Catherine, I have worked at Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 2006. I absolutely love seeing patients with their new smiles. I love working with such a great group of people who are very dedicated to their patients. I've lived in the Chicagoland area since I was born. My husband Bryan and I were married in May 2009. In my spare time I enjoy photography, gardening, listening to country music, and baking. I also love to fish and once caught a 30-inch Northern Pike! |
 Dawn Orthodontic Assistant Hi! I'm Dawn, and I have been an orthodontic assistant with Drs. Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 1994. I love getting to know our patients and becoming a regular part of their lives. It's so rewarding to see how happy the patients are with their beautiful smiles. I have three wonderful children who keep me very busy! I love to read, dance, rollerblade, and spend time with my family. |

 Diane Administration Hi, I'm Diane. I have been working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 1978. I enjoy working in orthodontics, especially getting to see the positive difference that orthodontic treatment can have on a patient's self-esteem. Working in administration, it is my job to provide answers to any of your questions and assorted correspondence to various requests. I am a native of Chicago but have been proud to call Alsip home for over 20 years. I have a daughter Frannie. I am a big fan of music, particularly the Cryan' Shames, Shepard High School Marching Band, and the Purdue All American Marching Band. |
 Ellen Records Coordinator-Frankfort Lab Technician-Oak Lawn Hello! My name is Ellen, and I am the lab technician for our Oak Lawn office and records coordinator in the Frankfort location. I began working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke in 2006, after 22 years of experience in general dentistry. I enjoy working in orthodontics because of all the great people I get to work with, and all of the wonderful smiles I get to see each day. I live in Peotone with my husband, two daughters, two dogs, and a cat. In my free time, I enjoy exercising with my friends, riding my motorcycle, and making cotton candy for Kate! |
| Geralyn Orthodontic Assistant/Surgical Coordinator Hi, I'm Gerri! I have been working for Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 1984 as a certified orthodontic assistant/surgical coordinator. I love meeting new people and seeing the changes both in their smiles and their self confidence. Our team and doctors have strong work ethics and very positive attitudes. Outside the practice I enjoy family activities, music, motorcycle events, volunteering and dabbling in photography. |
 Gigi New Patient Coordinator Hi there, my name is Gigi and I am the New Patient Coordinator for the Oak Lawn Office. I have been working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke for five years. I love that the doctors are very unique in their own special way. They treat every patient as a special individual. I love building a relationship with the patients and their parents. I like to make them feel comfortable and help them realize that they are making the right decision when considering orthodontic treatment for themselves or their children. I enjoy watching the patients progress through their orthodontic treatment and seeing the end result. What I love about my patients is the innocence when it comes to the children and the perseverance in the adults. My husband and I reside in Homer Glen and have been there for 20 years. I have been married to my husband Tony for 28 years. We have 3 children, Ashley, Daniella, and Brandon. I have one adorable grandchild Ava. In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family and shopping! One thing I bet you didn't know about me is that I am also a make-up artist. |
 Gricel Orthodontic Assistant My name is Gricel, and I am looking forward to working with you! I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2007 for Petty, Bielik, and Burke. I love working in orthodontics, getting to know my patients, and using different techniques to give each patient their own unique smile. As an orthodontic assistant it is my job to help our doctors with each treatment and to make sure that our patients feel comfortable during every office visit. I am a true Chicago native, having lived here my whole life. I have one son Manny. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son and playing video games on Xbox. |

 Kate Orthodontic Assistant Welcome! My name is Kate and I am an orthodontic assistant at Petty, Bielik, and Burke. I have worked here since 2006 and I still think it's the greatest place to be! I enjoy getting to know our patients. Our patients are all so unique and it's so great to see their smiles change over time. We have such a wonderful team and our doctors are always laughing and smiling. I live in Tinley Park where I enjoy spending time with my friends and going to the beach. I am a proud aunt with six perfect nieces and nephews. I love working with people and I am currently going to school to become an English teacher. |
Kim  Orthodontic Assistant Hello, my name is Kim! I have been an orthodontic assistant at Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 2007, and have worked in the orthodontic field since 2003. This a great practice - our team is fun and compassionate and always looking for ways to make our patients smile. I love meeting our new patients and being able to grow with them as they move through their treatment process. I am a native of Blue Island and have lived in Oak Forest since 1998. I have one daughter named Kayla. Outside of the practice I enjoy softball, bean bags, bowling, traveling, and watching my daughter cheer on the Oak Forest Varsity Bengals. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love motorcycles; especially Harleys! |

| Lori Inventory Coordinator My name is Lori, I have been working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 1989. I am the inventory coordinator! I enjoy working here because of the people. Our patients are great and we have a wonderful team who are all dedicated to helping others. Orthodontics can have a great impact on a person, both inside and out. It's great to see how happy our patients are and how much their confidence grows with each new smile. The doctors are knowledgeable, precise, and have a strong devotion toward their patients and the rest of the team. My husband Ted and I have a son Tim, a daughter Abby, and our dog Rex. I enjoy reading and cheering for my children's sports teams. I also love baking and decorating cupcakes! |
 Maggie Marketing Coordinator Hi, I'm Maggie! I work in marketing and appointment setting. I have worked in the orthodontic field since 2006 and at this practice since 2008. I enjoy working in orthodontics and especially getting to know the patients and their parents. I like being part of this team - their smiles, dedication to their work, and the quality they deliver makes each day a great day! I live in Frankfort with my husband, Craig, and our two children, Paige (who is very excited to have braces), and Joshua (who is somewhat interested in braces). I enjoy running and gardening in my spare time. |
 Marie Lab Technician Hi! My name is Marie I have been with Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 1981 as a lab technician. I also help translate for our many Polish speaking patients. I love everything about my job, especially knowing that I get to make a positive difference in our patients' lives . I am the proud mother of two wonderful children, Johanna and Thomas. We also have two dogs. In my spare time I enjoy reading, and when the weather is nice,going for motorcycle rides. |

 Michelle Orthodontic Assistant Hello, my name is Michelle. I am an orthodontic assistant and have been working at this practice since 2007. I really like working in orthodontics and seeing my patients before and after they receive treatment. It's great to see the big smiles on the patient's faces when we tell them they are going to get their braces off! The orthodontic team here is wonderful. Everybody has a great sense of humor, great personalities, and a strong sense of empathy for their patients. I love being part of this team! I live in New Lenox and I enjoy reading, listening to music, shopping, hanging out with friends, and riding my scooter in the summertime. I also love watching music videos, gardening, and doing home repairs. |
 MindyNew Patient Coordinator Hi, I'm Mindy. It's a pleasure to welcome you and your family to Petty, Bielik, and Burke Orthodontics. I am the New Patient Coordinator, and I have been with the practice since 2009 (but working in orthodontics since 2004). I look forward to building great friendships with our patients and their families and making sure that everybody who comes to our practice feels welcome and comfortable. The team here is great, they are very laid back and knowledgeable, and truly love they work they do each day. I have lived in the Chicago area for a while, and before that I lived in Reno, Nevada and West Palm Beach, Florida. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, boating, and playing with my dog, Lola. |
 Pamela Financial Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant I'm Pam, and it's very nice to welcome you and your family to our practice! I have been with this practice since 2003, and currently work as the Financial Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. My favorite thing about my job is by far the patients! Seeing our patient's smile is enough to brighten anybody's day. I also love working with such a dedicated team of people. The doctors and staff here truly care about their patients, and work hard to make each patient feel good about being here. I am a lifelong Chicago native. My husband John and I are the proud parents of two children Carrie and John, and one beautiful granddaughter, Riley Ann. Sarah Sterilization Hello! My name is Sarah. I love working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke Orthodontics, and have been a part of this team since 2008. Our patients create a wonderful mix of personalities, and we're always having a good time laughing and smiling with them. It's so fun to watch as our patient's progress throughout their treatments. I have lived in the Chicago area my whole life, and will be graduating from Lincoln Way Central High School in 2010! In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and going horseback riding. |
 Susie Appointment/Insurance Coordinator Hello, and welcome! My name is Susie. I am the Appointment and Insurance Coordinator, and I am looking forward to working with you and your family. I have been at this practice since 2003, and each day is a wonderful experience. I love talking with the patients and their parents and seeing all of the beautiful smiles that come in and out of our practice. I am originally from Pampa, Texas and have lived in New Lenox since 1999. In my time away from the practice I enjoy being with my family, playing piano, gardening, and swimming. A little known fact about me is that I am also an elementary school teacher with a degree in music! |

Since 2001 I have been working at this practice answering phones, assisting our new patients, verifying insurance, and helping to schedule appointments - and each day I can honestly say that I enjoy what I do! I love talking with our patients, and seeing first-hand how great a smile can make people look and feel. This is a great team to work with. The doctors have a wonderful sense of humor that puts every patient at ease about their treatment. I am from Oak Lawn and have lived in Illinois for 20 years. My husband Bob and I have three children: Rob and Steph (our twins), and our daughter Molly. I enjoy reading, gardening, and watching my kids play sports. Our son was recently drafted to the White Sox in 2009 - Go Sox! |
 Vicki Dental Hygienist/Orthodontic Assistant Hi, my name is Vicki. I am a Dental Hygienist and Orthodontic Assistant, and I love making our patient's smiles glow! Since 2006 I have been working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke. I enjoy seeing the excitement on our patients' faces the day they get their braces off and how happy they all are when they see their new smiles for the first time. Our doctors and staff members like to have fun, and it's obvious how much they enjoy their work. I currently live in Mokena and have been there since 2004.
