A SPECIAL contest is also running, entry forms are at the front desk. We will draw a winner for a beautiful Mother’s Day Box, filled with lotions, gift certificates and other great items for her. Drawing for the box will be on May 8th at Frankfort and May 10th at Oak Lawn. If you do not have an appointment before May 8th in our office, send an email to info@bracesforsmiles.com and we will enter you. Include your name and a phone number where you can be reached.
